Silica Gel is a highly porous drying agent with amorphous structure based on silicon dioxide (SiO2). Used as a moisture adsorbent in compressed air dryers and PSA systems. More effective at lower dew points compared to activated alumina, it is ideal for second-stage drying after refrigerated dryers. Color-changing indicator types allow visual monitoring of fill condition.
