Mechanical Assembly Technician

The Mechanical Assembly Technician in the production department will carry out mechanical assembly, piping, and pressurized equipment installation processes for PSA oxygen and nitrogen generators.

About the Position

The Mechanical Assembly Technician in the production department will carry out mechanical assembly, piping, and pressurized equipment installation processes for PSA oxygen and nitrogen generators.

Responsibilities

  • Mechanical assembly and piping of PSA units
  • Installation of pressure vessels and tanks
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic system assembly
  • Welding (TIG/MIG)
  • Post-assembly pressure and leak tests
  • Support for field commissioning team
  • Compliance with occupational safety procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Vocational school or associate degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial assembly
  • Technical drawing reading proficiency
  • TIG/MIG welding certificate (preferred)
  • Forklift and crane operation license (preferred)
  • No travel restrictions
