MENTIS ENVIRONMENTAL VISION

Mentis Engineering placed ecological sustainability at the core of its "Precision Engineering for the Future" vision. As a global player in gas generators production, we value nature protection as much as technical efficiency in the production of every nitrogen and oxygen molecule.

1. ISO 14001:2015 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

All our operational processes are designed and audited in compliance with ISO 14001:2015 standards. Our Environmental Policy is built on these main axes:

Eco-Efficient Design

Our engineering team develops innovative technologies that ensure our products leave a minimum carbon footprint throughout their life cycle (production, use, and recycling). The PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technologies we developed reduce logistics-related carbon emissions by up to 80% compared to traditional gas supply methods.

Waste Management and Circular Economy

We apply the "Zero Waste" hierarchy at our production facilities:

  • 100% recovery of metal residues into industry.
  • Disposal of hazardous wastes by specialized licensed organizations.
  • Use of recyclable packaging materials.

2. ENERGY OPTIMIZATION AND CARBON MANAGEMENT

At our production base in Konya, we monitor energy management with AI-supported systems and aim to consume 5% less energy in each production cycle compared to the previous year. We regularly report our carbon footprint and give back to nature through offset projects.
