Senior PSA Design Engineer

The Senior PSA Design Engineer, working in Mentis Engineering's R&D and Engineering department, will manage the design, simulation, and optimization processes of industrial oxygen and nitrogen generators.

About the Position

The Senior PSA Design Engineer, working in Mentis Engineering's R&D and Engineering department, will manage the design, simulation, and optimization processes of industrial oxygen and nitrogen generators.

Responsibilities

  • Process design and sizing of PSA oxygen and nitrogen generators
  • Adsorption simulations and cycle optimization
  • 3D mechanical design and detailed engineering drawings (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
  • Prototype development and management of laboratory testing processes
  • Participation in client technical meetings and solution presentation
  • Supporting manufacturing processes through coordination with the production team
  • Project timeline and cost tracking
  • Preparation of technical documentation and user manuals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PSA/VPSA systems or industrial gas separation
  • Advanced design proficiency with SolidWorks or AutoCAD
  • Strong foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mass transfer
  • Project management experience and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Technical English reading and writing (speaking preferred)
  • No travel restrictions (domestic and international commissioning projects)
